Working for the fair treatment of animals since 1977
About Us
New Hampshire Animal Rights League (NHARL) is a non-profit, public charity registered with the State of New Hampshire. We are a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) humane organization funded solely by donations, grants, and membership dues. Our staff is made up entirely of unpaid volunteers. All donations go toward our work to help animals.
Mission
NHARL was founded upon the singular moral principle that animals should be free from human harm. NHARL works to promote widespread adoption of this principle by raising public awareness about animal suffering; by aiding animals in crisis or at risk; and by encouraging others to act in support of animal well-being.
