About Us

The New Hampshire Animal Rights League (NHARL) was founded in 1977 to help the animals of New Hampshire, be they on land, in the air, or in the water; and to protect all animals world-wide.

NHARL is a non-profit, public charity registered with the State of New Hampshire. We are a tax-exempt 501(c)3 humane organization funded solely by donations and membership dues. Our staff is made up entirely of unpaid volunteers. All donations go toward our work to help animals.
